Payment

What are the modes of payment?
You can pay for your order using the following modes of payments:
a. Cash on delivery.
b. Credit and debit cards (VISA / MasterCard / American Express).

Are there any other charges or taxes in addition to the price shown? Is service tax added to the invoice?
Since the implementation of GST by Government of India from 1st July 2017, as per rigime it is mandatory to charge GST on Services. Hence appropriate GST will be applied to the total billing amount.

Is it safe to use my credit/ debit card on Xtreme Laundry ?
Yes it is absolutely safe to use your card on xtreme Laundry. A recent directive from RBI makes it mandatory to have an additional authentication pass code verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (Master Secure Code) which has to be entered by online users while paying online using visa or master credit card. It means extra security for customers, thus making online payment safer.

What is the meaning of cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery means that you can pay for your order at the time of order delivery at your doorstep.

Pick Up & Delivery Related

How will the delivery be done?
We have a dedicated team of delivery personnel and a fleet of vehicles operating across the city which ensures timely and accurate delivery to our customers.

How much are the delivery charges?
Delivery is free for orders. Minimum Order is 5 Kg's.

Do you deliver in my area?
All Areas in Kakinada.
4.
Will someone inform me if my order delivery gets delayed?
In case of a delay, our customer support team will keep you updated about your delivery.
5.
What is the minimum order for delivery?
Minimum order is 5Kg's for delivery.
6.
Do you do express delivery?
Yes we do Express Delivery.
7.
What is express Delivery?
In Express Delivery we will pick up your order within 2 hour of order placement and we will deliver the finished order within 6 hours of order placement.
8.
Is express Delivery applicable to only a few services or all services?
Express Delivery is available for all services with limitation to number of items per order. We do not process heavy clothes household clothes like Curtain, Blanket & Quilts under Express Order.
Order Related

What are pick up & delivery slots?

Pickup & Delivery slots are time slots during which we will pickup & deliver your order. We currently offer 2 pickups & delivery slots each day.
These are:
i. Slot1 - 9:00am to 01.00pm
ii. Slot2 - 2:00pm to 06:00pm
Orders picked up in slot 1 will be delivered in 48 Hours. For express service we pickup within 1 hour of order placement & deliver within 6 hours of order placement.

What is a cut-off time and what are the corresponding cut-off timings for each slot?

These are:
i. Slot 1 - 9:00 am to 2:00 pm cutoff is 2 pm same day.
ii. Slot 2 - 2:00pm to 6:00 pm cutoff is 6 pm same day.
